It does your recovery good being treated like a guest rather than a patient - loved calling reception, "Good morning Mrs.... how can I help you?" I could get used to that! ;) Probably how our kids feel every day - DSO and I have often commented that they effectively have "staff" (us) looking after their every need and at their beck and call!
